Allows charging of the terminal inside the mobile computer and provides a slot to charge a spare battery outside of the mobile computer.  The part number is CRD5500-100UR which is Motorola's part number to designate the cradle kit with the power supply and line cord.  Also included , but not pictured, is the USB cable.  This cradle kit is equivalent to part number CRD5500-1000UR and CRD5500-101UR.
Provides for USB communication between a PC and the mobile computer using Microsoft Activesync which is available as a free download from Microsoft.
This cradle kit includes everything you need and works with all Symbol MC55, MC55A, and MC65 series of mobile computers (MC5590, MC5574, MC55A0, MC55A0-HC, MC55N0, MC659B, and MC67).  The power supply accepts input of 110-250V, 50-60hz., so this cradle can also be used outside of North America with the proper line cord for the power supply.
All parts of the kit are new in the original packaging.
The kit comes complete with cradle, USB A/B cable, power supply, line cord, and quick reference guide.
If your terminal uses the extended capacity battery, or if you need to charge and communicate with your MC55 terminal has the trigger-handle installed, this is the proper cradle for your needs.
