Important General Shipping / Receiving Information:
All equipment is shipped fully crated and insured.  Receiver should
thoroughly
inspect at time of delivery.  If any damage is found, note this on the delivery slip, make sure the driver acknowledges this (signs it) AND take clear photos of any and all damage from all angles to provide to the insurance co.  If you feel the item(s) are damaged beyond repair or you do not know, REFUSE the shipment.  If damages are small, repairable and you want the equipment (again) make note on the delivery slip & have driver sign it and accept the delivery.  Take clear photos of any and all damage and get a quote for repairs to provide to the insurance co.
IMPORTANT
... if damage notes are not made on the delivery slip and acknowledged by the driver, the insurance will not cover / there will be no reimbursement.

Return Policy:
Return authorization number is required for any return.
Buyer is responsible for FULL CRATING of all items (same as received) and INSURED return shipping cost.  All returned items must be received back in the same condition as when they left our facility.  Items will be thoroughly inspected, tested & serial numbers checked before any refund is made. **20% restocking fee will apply.**  No refunds will be made for crating or shipping cost.
