the manual appears to be in great shape don't see no rips or tears some light smudging on the outside binder
SHIPPING:   I try to ship item the next day after payment is received if ay way possible. I print most of my labels from ebay so you will receive shipping information via email so you should be able to track your shipment.  All shipped items are packed professionally and addressed using the address you have on file with EBAY.
PAYMENT:  I would appreciate being paid at the end of the auction.
INSURANCE / DAMAGE:  According to the Post Office, if your item is damaged during shipment DO NOT discard the box, packing materials or the broken item as all of these items must be given to the postal service for inspection in order to file a claim with the carrier.  You can also file some reports online with the Post Office.
