    Sometime we sell Items with Free shipping. On occasion we will offer Priority Mail for you so you can get your item faster. For the additional fee that the Post office charges we will be glad to do that. If you don't see this option and would like us to revise our listing. Just email us and we can change it for you.
    International Item will usually be shipped through the shipping center for a cheaper price with heaver and bigger boxes costing more. Please keep in mind that two Postal Services will have to be paid and also a plane Fare so expect these items to be over twice as much. Please do not ask me to reduce the shipping fee's. I have no control over their fee's.
    Combined Shipping is available for Multiple items purchased. For Combined shipping (1). "Put all items in the eBay cart", When finished - (2) "View Cart" (at the top of the eBay page) at the top of the page is a "Request total from seller" button, click on that button. (3). Wait for a combined total from me before paying. This will give me time to package your items purchased and get a weight, measurement and price for your address.
    Everyone makes mistakes
    As hard as we try sometimes problems arise that may cause a customer to be unhappy. Listing an item twice and selling them both before it's noticed. (which is one of our least favorites). Shipping an item that arrives broken. (one of our most costly) And of course the old "Hating that it's Monday", shipping out an item to the wrong customer.
    Striving for customer satisfaction is what it's all about My Friend. No one wants to buy items from a company that doesn't have this. So if any of these problems happen to you (among others that's not listed) Please give us the chance to make it right before leaving bad feedback or even opening a case. Ebay has a new DSR program (Detailed Seller Ratings) that opening a case, even though it turns out good for a buyer, doesn't turn out good for us. Having perfect DSR's will get us a big discount on our monthly eBay fee's. Which could amount to hundreds of dollars per month. So before leaving low stars on the feedback (Low DSR"S) email us and let us now your problem.
